Scab Sand Witch recorded their Borderlands Trilogy through out the early part of 2009.
The following recordings are an aural representation that submerge the listener into meditative areas on the meaning of humanity and
the soul outside of the borders of accepted society. We wanted to offer three records of diverse sounds with this common thread in mind.

Part One
"Tezmacal"
Temazcal is a traditional Mayan ceremony that is a guided meditation in a stone structure heated with volcanic rock. The doors are sealed shut and are
only opened briefly three times throughout a ninety minute period. The ceremony is done in with the absence of light
so that the mind may sort through intense mental imagery. The desired end result is to release
the physical, emotional, and spiritual toxins as you reconnect to your core base.

When alternate realities created to mask fears and desires are suddenly liberated and overcome.
