Utilizing a natural instinct for blending moods and textures and a profound enthusiasm for experimentation, Akino Taurus (A.K.A. akinoT) has mastered the craft of producing beautiful and haunting ambient soundscapes.
His musik stirs the imagination, evoking strange and ethereal visions.
The catalog of Akino's work is substantial, dating back to the very beginning of 7-Point records, but until recently it had never been consolidated into a collection or published in the form of a CD. However, in 2002, while archiving 7-Point's recordings, Isobelle Fox chose a number of Akino's pieces to showcase in the form of an official 7-Point release, entitled "Significant Emotional Experience."
Some of the material on S.E.E. was taken from other 7-Point projects, such as Open Trench, Automne Vein, and Zenny, but each piece is written by, and true to the style of, Akino Taurus.
