akinoT, also known as Brian Henwood, has been writing, composing, and recording songs in a variety of musical genres since the early 1990's. He has written and recorded for Automne Vein, From A Secret Place, Scab Sand Witch, The Musik of Erik Zann, and several other projects including his self-titled solo project.

'I'm more about creativity and less about fame. Its more about accomplishments and staying happy with myself. I have 59 unreleased songs now sitting on my shelf, and about 21 waiting to be adopted from my dry erase board.... so I have alot of plans to make. Most of these songs were recorded and salvaged from the dark years (2005 & 6) and a dance record I wrote in the healing years (part of 2007 and all of 2008). It isn't until now that a lot of my heros have left labels and are independent that I feel ok. I've been focusing my energy in everything that I love. Its more about just waking up and accomplishing something cool again.'
